Happy 5th Birthday!!

Last Friday, Your Choice Photography, officially turned 5!

I debated for a while whether or not I should celebrate. Is 5 years officially in business something to celebrate? Absolutely! In the grand scheme of 2020, it really did not feel like I should be….it felt wrong to be celebrating in a world where there is so much going wrong.

The truth is, I have been in business photographing women for over 15 years now but 5th June 2015 was the the date I decided I was good enough. It changed everything (for me)….that is worth celebrating. I’ve photographed hundreds of women, each with their own story. They deserve celebration. I’ve collaborated and worked alongside some of the most wonderful people I’ve ever met and each single one deserves to be celebrated!

So I decided to celebrate….for every single piece of this journey that I’m grateful for …and I did it with fancy cake. Gayle & Anna are the award winning cake designers behind Where the Ribbon Ends and their Special Occasion Box did just the trick!
