23.04.22 - the date they had been waiting for! And my first wedding back in 2022!

What I loved most about Jade & Nathan’s wedding was how much was just about them and what they wanted. They DIY’d the venue, had breakfast butties in their suits and we sat building wedding favours between hair & make-up.

The Mirfield Monastery Chapel in Mirfield offers a beautiful clean setting set in 20 acres of land filled with: flowers, woodland and open space nestled behind the walls and private gardens. Jade got ready in the accommodation, and I couldn’t contain my smiles when I saw her beautiful (and surprisingly comfortable) Charlotte Mills bridal shoes with the Something Old, Something New…. poem paired with a stunning Ronald Joyce gown! She actually ran across the lawn…I couldn’t believe it!!!

They got married at the Lower Chapel on site before heading over to the renovated house for welcome drinks, reception and the evening party….and oh my - they danced!
